Note: Refunds may not be issued for classes already attended or partially completed sessions.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Certain fees and payments may not be eligible for a refund, including:

• Administrative fees associated with account setup or materials provided.
• Missed classes due to the student’s unavailability, unless prior notice is provided within the rescheduling policy.
• Any promotional or discounted classes, unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.

3. Refund Process

• Your full name and account information.
• The reason for your refund request.
• Details of the specific class or service for which you are requesting a refund.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, and the timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.

For classes canceled by us, we will make every effort to reschedule at a convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be issued upon request.
